Why local resellers?

Our resellers do not sell software directly, but exclusively registration keys for the various TECKONOLOGIA software versions.

We are looking for resellers in every country, so customers can buy in their respective national language — with local invoicing, local currency and, where applicable, German-language video tutorials. Resellers may adapt the 3D base template, the designations and predefined settings of the included objects and templates for their own versions. The prerequisite is at least 10,000 registration keys sold for the respective language. For platforms with high fair-use volume, a special agreement may be reached instead.

Reseller portal

Already a reseller or ready to become one? In the reseller portal you can apply for your login, create individual licenses at reseller prices and connect sales to your shop system via API. Billing is by monthly collective invoice (other billing intervals only by individual agreement) with 14 days payment terms. All prices in euros incl. statutory VAT (standard taxation; for customers outside Germany and the EU see the Terms & Conditions).

Legal & Licenses

All conditions are bindingly regulated in our Terms & Conditions — including discount tiers, payment on invoice and the staged dunning procedure in case of late payment. It provides: first reminder after due date, second reminder with purchase stop 30 days later, server-side blocking at the earliest 15 days after the second reminder — exclusively for registration keys of the unpaid invoice; registration keys that have already been paid remain expressly unaffected. Term and termination are also regulated. As a reseller, you must clearly and prominently inform each end customer about the name binding of the registration keys and obtain confirmation via a separate checkbox with mandatory wording. For your end customers, you hand over our license terms together with the registration key; a template withdrawal notice for your end-customer sales is also provided.

Licenses & devices — explained briefly

• Single-OS license: use on up to 2 devices simultaneously; all-OS license: up to 4 devices simultaneously.
• Online plausibility check: at long intervals the app contacts the license server (reg.teckonologia.com) with a random device ID. If a registration key is used on more devices than allowed, the registration key may be blocked.
• Offline guarantee: without an internet connection (or if the server fails) the app keeps working without restrictions — a block only takes effect while a connection exists.
• Personalised registration keys: the buyer’s name is visible in the registration key — each registration key is uniquely assigned to its customer.
• Group registration key: one registration key for multiple devices with an individually definable number of devices starting at 5.
